Unfinished brass fixture stem / lamp pipe, 1/2" O.D., 1/8 IPS female thread with 1/4" length of thread on both ends. These fixture stems or lamp pipe are very useful in making lamp arms for industrial and mid-century modern style lamps and fixtures. The 1/8 IPS female thread is cut straight with no taper so that the threading "disappears" into the lamp body or cluster into which it is inserted, allowing you to make a neat, seamless connection with no exposed threading. 1/2" outside dia. fixture stem - lamp pipe is of good quality and made with a heavy wall thickness.
